The Mission of the Chicago Windy City Black Pride (CWCBP) is to build awareness of and pride in the diversity of the Black lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community. The Chicago Windy City Pride organization will be the central resource to bring together the LGBT people of African descent in the city of Chicago and through out the Midwest. This is accomplished through our promotional efforts, support, and education, and by celebrating pride in the Black LGBT gay community’s rich culture, diversity, contributions and achievements. We will accomplish this not only during the Pride weekend but throughout the year. |
